Na tela de Editor de Códigos. Tem o select abaixo:

A minha sugestão é:

aplicar estilo ao conteúdo do select ou no seu scroll.

Outra coisa que poderia fazer é:

Aumentar a sua largura para ver o texto 'Selecione um tema de highlight' por inteiro.
