process function to run all tasks

The isoslam/process.py module has the function process() which will undertake all the steps defined as
functions/classes/methods in the various modules such as loading files (using isoslam.io.load_file()) and the waiting
to be refactored code from all_introns_counts_and_info.py.

Configuration is read from isoslam/default_config.yaml or a user supplied configuration file.

This task will track each step that is required as identified.
