Might not be needed as it is just a single entry of the APY over time endpoint but will ask community member who was asking for this if they needed it and it can be done. Still best to do over RPC can calc oneself but in this case it is one vs two calls and lighter than pulling whole time series

Related to sudoblockio/icon-tracker-frontend#513

Calculating APY for a single prep should be simple

For all APYs it is in here -> https://github.com/sudoblockio/icon-governance/blob/main/icon_governance/utils/apys.py

We want on individual prep level and will need to expose that over API to get to #513 above
