Transformer getting stuck on blocks #55

Issue is block production starts to have holes and kafka lag metrics go up triggering an alarm.

Resolution has been restarting one of the trqansformers who stopped producing block processed logs.

Nothing special about the blocks that got hung up but will do more testing.
