Just a thought that you might wish to compare your work and goals to that of https://github.com/json-editor/json-editor which is a pretty prominent tool that seems oriented toward a similar use case (I admittedly didn't dig that deep in the README, as I was hoping for a comparison). :)

I will do that, as soon as there is time for it.

For us, editron is the successor of jdorns json-editor. The many unresolved issues, conflicting pull requests, hard to implement features and ux issues with our quite complex json-schemas, lead us to our own, more versatile (and probably, more specific) implementation.

jdorns json-editor took us quite far though, getting things done quickly at the start and taking us through the first years of our cms. I am happy to see json-editor is actively improved again.

Sounds great--I do notice that it has been put under an organization, so maybe it will be... Look forward to seeing your demo!
