This one will be a little tricky... @badlogicgames did a blog post on getting LibGDX up and running with C# using IKVM. We could use that to create C# bindings then import it into a PS Mobile project using Mono. We may need to sign up as a PS Mobile developer in order to gain access to the PS Mobile SDK.

So I think that the easiest route would be to use the PSM SDK to create a custom client.
