Add normalise setting for playback

Sometimes, audio files have values beyond [-1, 1]. It would therefore be great to be able to tick a box to normalise the audio before playing. However, this should be clearly written in the playback homepage, in order for the user to know their audio has been rescaled. Adding the original [min, max] range (before rescaling) would be useful as well.
