Actual Behavior

User can not login when he lost his confirmed mail.

Expected Behavior

User can resend his registration email.

Steps to Reproduce

Register a user when e.g. postfix is not running.

Possible Solutions

For this a new resend confirm mail when he tries to password forget or login with an unconfirmed user.
