docker-compose up: elastisearch error #61

Running docker-compose up after a fresh git pull results in an elastisearch error and failure:

> [sulu-docker] ⁁(master)% docker-compose up

⠿ elasticsearch Error
⠴ mysql Pulling
no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries
> [sulu-docker] ⁁(master)%
