npm publish error

国内使用了淘宝的 registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org/ 所以登录npm login 或者 npm publish 都会返回带 https://registry.npm.taobao.org/ 提示的错误，切换到 npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org/ 在操作就OK了，不过操作完了还得还原回来，还犯了拼写错误把registry 写成了register
