Describe the bug
Can‘t print with an error while using command line.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Command line：SumatraPDF64.exe -print-to "跃上前台打印机" -print-settings shrink,duplex,1x "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\47.pdf"
2. See error：Couldn't initialize printer

Expected behavior
Is there something wrong with Command line？

I can open this PDF and print it manually,but an error occurred with command line.
The same command line for any other PDF files is ok,only this file has an error.
