TFT LCD DISPLAY NOT working

Hi,
I brought the serial 7-inch SPI TFT LCD from the buydisplay website. I'm getting an issue while switching on the Arduino mega2560 board. TFT LCD display is a sandwich with Arduino shield and Arduino mega 2560. the TFT display is totally black screen nothing is showing on this board.
TFT LCD display is work on 5v supply as J8 is open for 5V power input.

can you please suggest me on this issue. it will be helpful for me.
