Describe the bug

When running a model that uses RL/STDP with MPI the output differs compared to when MPI is not used.

Reproducing the bug

Run model with RL/STDP both ways and plot raster output.

Expected behavior

Expected identical output.

System information

  • OS and version: Linux
  • NetPyNE version: 0.9.6
  • NEURON version: INFO : Using neuron-nightly Package (Developer Version)
    NEURON -- VERSION 8.0.dev-95-g67fe269c HEAD (67fe269c) 2020-05-19
  • Python version: Python 3.7.6
