Bug report

  • I confirm this is a bug with Supabase, not with my own application.
  • I confirm I have searched the Docs, GitHub Discussions, and Discord.

Describe the bug

The Messagebird integration doesn't work anymore and is broken. I don't receive any SMS codes at all.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

  1. Enter Bird credentials
  2. Create an application that uses phone auth.
  3. No SMS gets sent.

Expected behavior

The Bird credentials work with phone auth and the SMS gets received on my phone.

Additional Context

If the supabase team or anyone is open to a PR, please let me know and I would do one if I have time.

Hey @pateljoel,

Thanks for flagging. I think a PR would be welcome if there's a corresponding guide update

It's also possible to use the Send SMS Hook for now.

Let us know if you decide to take it up and if you need any help
