Describe the bug
AI Assistant asks to put OPENAI_API_KEY in ./docker/.env file. but doing so does nothing. it needs to be placed instead in ./supabase/.env instead for the api key to work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to SQL editor in Supabase Studio
  2. Click on assistant

I am facing the same issue.

i gone through this config doc. https://supabase.com/docs/guides/local-development/cli/config
It has no reference to openai.

This feature is broken.
