The WordPress Multisite Website as a Service (Waas) plugin. Now community maintained.

1. Upload 'wp-multisite-waas' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Follow the step by step Wizard to set the plugin up
