IME for Desktop

Extend IME support from mobile to all platforms (desktop + web).

IME support is required for autocorrection, special characters, and desktop emoji pickers.

Most of this support should come for free, based on the existing mobile implementation. However, there are some strange nuances, like the fact that on desktop we have to manually handle the backspace and delete keys. It's unclear whether this situation is forced by the OS, or if the Flutter team chose to do this. We should follow up with the team to see if there are places where Flutter, itself, can take up some of these responsibilities.
