Reproduction:

  • Begin with keyboard down and editor without focus
  • Tap on editor to give it focus
  • Immediately open a panel

Expected:
Keyboard fully opens (to log its height), then panel replaces the keyboard

Actual:
Keyboard opens. Panel stays closed.
