What happened?

When printing a perforated surface, the printer returns to the center of the perforated object before printing perimeter of the perforations. this leads to excessive and unnecessary travel movements - taking up time and lowering print quality

Project file & How to reproduce

Rollerbase (1)_1.zip

EDIT: It seem to be related to the external perimeters first option. When this option is checked, travel moves returns to center of the object and when it's unchecked travel moves seems to be normal.
