Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current options for Ironing are:

All top surfaces
Top most surface only
All solid surfaces

All top surfaces is the most handy but this also irons the top of curced surfaces and the botom of holes.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like an option where I can pinpoint 1 or multiple surfaces that I can have Ironed

Describe how it would work
Similar to point on supports or seems; an option in the interface to click on a surface which is than ironed.
