Describe the bug with a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I add aliases in the Migration section and click save, they don't get saved.

What's your GoToSocial Version?

0.17.3

GoToSocial Arch

amd64, compiled from git release tag

What happened?

  • navigate to /settings/user/migration and put a URL in "alias 1"
  • press "Save account aliases", a check box shows up
  • click on "Profile" in the sidebar to navigate away from the page
  • click back on "Migration"
  • notice that your changes are gone

What you expected to happen?

The aliases should have been saved.

How to reproduce it?

No response

Anything else we need to know?

Oddly I have been able to save it a few times, but I can't figure out what I did differently.

Looking at this more closely, this might just be a frontend bug. Saving and doing a hard-refresh of the page seems to work, so it must be some problem with the React code?

Ah yeah probably! Probably not invalidating state properly so redux doesn't do a recache.
