Rename artisan package name?

Artisan is basically a term we used to describe "media pipeline", both for producer (eg; pushing transcode jobs) as well as consumer.

I would like to find a better name, a more descriptive name. Something like media-pipeline and possibly media-pipeline-consumer. Another thought is to just name it media-pipeline and have the package export 2 entrypoints, one for the consumer and one for the producer side. We'll skip the consumer dependency for packages that only rely on the producer part (eg; stitcher).
