只拷贝需要的.c .h 文件
原来的目录路径不能修改
记录当前使用的commit版本信息号或者tag
建议使用release的tag作为基础版本
修改的文件放到rtt_adapter里面
添加一个Sconscript 其他的如果需要都采用不经常修改的方式。

方便后续更新。

原代码格式，坚决不能修改，最好采用submodule的形式，前期可以先把原文件拷贝过来
