I can't look for a fix right now, but I gonna do.

Maybe is something like the array of errors.

I made some tests, but couldn't find the bug yet.

I just started seeing this as well on a nearly fresh install. Here's my URL:
"?S=9ad4e2ba597ac05a330ceff54ff80faba8df0e75&D=cp&C=homepage" (sans quotes of course)
