with https://docs.kargo.io/references/promotion-steps/#helm-template we could already render helm charts during promotion and the argocd apps just use the already rendered applications . see https://akuity.io/blog/the-rendered-manifests-pattern

Helm Hooks do not work anymore then, and I think our charts heavily depend on hooks
