Thanks for the great tool. It worked on the Adult data set flawlessly.

We are only interested in the unprocessed data. Unfortunately, it didn't work for the Development data set. It didn't link any of the unprocessed files and it created folders with names like:

  • sub-experiments
  • sub-fmriresults01
  • sub-gpop
  • sub-imagingcollection01
  • sub-submission_13124

I tried using the Development/imagingcollection01 sub-directory with similar results. Now the subfolders are named differently, but still empty.

  • sub-HCD1859474_V1_MR

Hiya, I have a similar issue. I've been trying to use the Wu-Minn 1200 subjects dataset; specifically, the "Task Working Memory Task fMRI Preprocessed" files (I've hyperlinked to the page, but you need an HCP account to log in and see it).

The hcp2bids works, kind of- all my subjects are handily renamed sub-, but most of the folders inside are blank- only 'func' contains data, and even then it's missing some key files to be in BIDs format (like the dataset_description.json).

If you've got any advice, please let me know here or by emailing [email protected]. Thank you so much for your time!

Hello, I have fixed my above error! I realized I was working on Preprocessed data, whereas your script works for unprocessed data.
