Failing CI

During review, we only test on MOAB 5.3.0, but upon merge we test on MOAB master & develop. We currently fail with newer MOAB, so this suggests that we are failing on merge.

Minimum fix: change those tests to be optional and point badge at 5.3.0 test.

Ideal fix: fix MOAB/DAGMC integration for newest versions.

Mapping DAGMC Generalization

Visit from UKAEA to ANL resulted in some planning ideas for how to generalize different elements of the DAGMC interface to allow for different implementations. @pshriwise and @helen-brooks may share some details at a later date.

Related to this is an effort by @pshriwise to include richer developer information about the DAGMC data model in MOAB, based in part on this resource.

Spring 2023 Documentation Review

Inspired by @pshriwise's rallying cry for documentation improvements, the first PR (#869) has been submitted, but needs a little clean up still.

MPI error with DAGMC Tet-Mesh tallies

Discussion of error reported by @bohmt (#865). Explored where data is passed back and forth between MCNP6 Fortran and DAGMC C++. No immediate insights and probably a problem that will be challenging to track down.
