Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Registration status is currently added (without a space, even) to the end of the registration remark box. On the website, registration status is its own box. This makes it easier to find (and looks cleaner, too).

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the registration status in the app look the same as on the website.
