Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Instead of having user's manually set up each item, we should consider having them work right out of the compendium.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add "Destroy on Empty" and the relevant amount of charges to items. Also the damage. Specifically for grenades, temporary shields, and medical items.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Having the user do this manually. (Current Process)
