Add support for TukeyKramer test to handle both groups of all the same size and groups of differing sizes.

Adds multiprocessing and case generation through itertools product.
also, an extra f(q; k, v) statement removed.
It takes 4-5x as long as the other slowest distribution

also, removing the `skip` for studentized range, redundant since it's already xslow.
it wasn't rendering correclly before for me locally. This means the same and is more succinct.
