Hi there,

I'd like to keep using Firefox' own password store (for sync and other issues), but I would like to have them encrypted with a master password stored in gnome-keyring. Would it be possible to support this?

This would be awesome. Maybe there's already an upstream bug report about this?

I can vaguely remember that I researched that in the mozilla bugzilla before stumbling onto this project (to no avail). But since that was a few months ago, maybe someone opened an issue in the meantime? I guess it's not their priority though, since it's gnome ecosystem-related.

I've created one: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1321508

It's about weaknesses of a master password. (Though it is more convenient to store just a master password.)
