Metabase v0.32.9 and Teradata jdbc 16.10

Built and tested with Metabase v0.32.9 using Teradata jdbc driver 16.10

To run it you have to add teradata.metabase-driver.jar and the proprietary JDBC driver jars tdgssconfig.jar and teradata.metabase-driver.jar to the plugins directory that lies next to the metabase.jar.
