Thanks for all of the effort put into organizing this, it was quite a nice conference!

I personally think these would make it even better:

Try to find a venue with inclined seating (like a large university lecture room) so that short people can see even if a tall person is sitting in front of them.
Add workshops! Perhaps adding another day, dedicated just to workshops, would allow people to see the talks that interest them and get some in-depth hands-on experience.
