When I go to my namespace on the block explorer http://explorer.symbolblockchain.io/namespaces/CD47A206AF46996C I can see my namespace "apostille" but I see no connection to the subnamespeace "io" which makes "apostille.io".

But if I got to the apostille.io namespace, then I can see the root. http://explorer.symbolblockchain.io/namespaces/apostille.io
