Is this project still maintained? I'm unable to build to finish composing

Cloned repo
Ran docker-compose up then get a never ending loop of:
Use of uninitialized value $selected in pattern match (m//) at /home/sympa/sbin/sympa_wizard.pl line 493.
Use of uninitialized value $selected in scalar chomp at /home/sympa/sbin/sympa_wizard.pl line 491

Running Perl 5.30.0
