Debug headers should use uppercase letters #144

It seems to be a convention to use title case (uppercase letters at the beginning of words) and uppercase abbreviations for HTTP response headers.

Now the debug headers are:

  • X-jit-mode
  • X-jit-cache
  • X-jit-cache-file
  • X-jit-cache-validation

They should look like this:

  • X-JIT-Mode
  • X-JIT-Cache
  • X-JIT-Cache-File
  • X-JIT-Cache-Validation
