For example, see: https://www.getsymphony.com/get-involved/

Appears to be caused by references to http://i2.wp.com/getsymphony.com/workspace/assets/images/icons/symphony-avatar.png according to the web console, although can only find references to https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/fe4dbe92a1f300ec7c36a7b5ff78fcbd?s=50&d=http%3A%2F%2Fgetsymphony.com%2Fworkspace%2Fassets%2Fimages%2Ficons%2Fsymphony-avatar.png in the source/DOM inspection. CDN issue?

Tested in Firefox and Edge.
