Done criteria:

The Helpdesk bot(s) are running on Foundation-managed infrastructure
The Helpdesk bot(s) are configured to run against the Foundation's Symphony pod
New releases of the Helpdesk bot(s) are automatically deployed (automatic upgrades)

Note: whether this is any commit, or only official new releases is TBD - I'm open to debate which approach best meets our needs
