[Camel K] [POC] Allow any integration to include extensions via mvn dependencies

Description

Full extensions support may be complex to achieve with the current architecture. Also camel k may change the way we have to think about extensions [read more]. As a possible short term solution we may think to allow a user to upload their extensions to a maven repository (or git, via jitpack) and then add the maven dependency when calling camel k controller.

We may run some POC to evaluate the feasibility in a short term.
