This is a minor annoyance, but when you add a new state (e.g., MedicationEnd) and attempt to add an attribute on that state (e.g., Add Medication Order), the dropdown will render with the first option selected (e.g., the Antiemetic state), but it is not actually populated as the value of that input. So if you click on another state, it will be empty.
As a workaround, I've been selecting a value lower in the drop-down list (e.g., the Heparin state), clicking on something else, then selecting the first value in the drop-down list.
