tgFX locale problem

Versions tested: Windows 3259,3260,3505,3625 Linux (WinHack) 3259,3260

Issue:
Not able to jog (arrow and +/- keys)
No preview window (square have same size as crosshair cursor)
All fields in axis configuration are blank
Not able to pause/resume started job

Solution:
Changed locale from Norwegian to English worked in Windows 3625 and Linux 3260 (Others might also work but are not tested)
Changing only keyboard layout does not work, full change of locale is required.
