If users are having update, or internet connectivity issues, as a troubleshooting step, all installed VPN configurations should be disabled. I think it would be informative to denote potential configuration issues, despite support.

I'm thinking Software troubleshootng, Wireless troubleshooting any others?

I followed this article use vpn software to setup vpn on my laptop but i get this error.
