To support the production loader use case it could be useful to inline the methods for @@cjs-helpers.requireResolve and @@cjs-helpers.getPathVars which are defined in https://github.com/systemjs/systemjs/blob/master/src/format-helpers.js#L178 and https://github.com/systemjs/systemjs/blob/master/src/format-helpers.js#L182.

Ideally this could be a build option inlineHelperFunctions or similar.
