The general settings page does not work if civi office produces an error.

in my case it was this error:

TypeError: flock(): Argument #1 ($stream) must be of type resource, string given in flock() (line 577 of /home/benni/repositories/de.systopia.civioffice/CRM/Civioffice/DocumentRendererType/LocalUnoconv.php)
