List of laser machines disappears

Hello,

Just started using VisiCut. Very nice! One issue I noticed was that if you have more than one laser then a drop-down list appears at top right of the main window. If you had more than one laser and delete all but one then the drop down list disappears. This is alarming to new users. I suggest that the list is always present, even if it contains only one item.
