Progress bar for http requests

Try out the use of https://github.com/chieffancypants/angular-loading-bar which should just be a matter of including it.

First of all you need to add it as a dependency, ideally via bower and then include it, yes.

So i have added the dependecy
as instructed
but am having trouble making the loading bar appear during the first loadup
any thought on that matter?
