Done! The deployed versions are linked above (all TaarifaWaterpoints deployments are at the same version now).

As mentioned in #187, the API performance from cold cache is very poor and requests are likely to time out first time round. Refresh and the requests should be served from cache (maybe we need a background job to keep the cache warm).
