Despite being able to use curl.http_auth_types = Curl::CURLAUTH_GSSNEGOTIATE successfully in requests, Curl.spnego? returns false.

The logs in mkmf.log also point to Curl.spnego? returning true:
have_constant: checking for curl_version_spnego... -------------------- yes
