Add support for custom baseurl

Hello, I see you implemented #2, however, those who don't use OpenRouter but a different OpenAI-compatible endpoint are out of luck.
It would have been better if you just added a way to set a custom base URL with an API Key.
For the model name, another input to set a custom model key would suffice.
