Forced colors manual enabling

There is an option in the tailwind config to force dark mode when .dark is added to an element (eg on the body), which forces the dark:* styles on, no matter the browser's current setting, i think this functionality would be really useful for other directives, such as forced colors

I have worked on many sites that require a high contrast mode, but they require an interaction with a component on the site to enable, being able to do with natively inside of tailwind would be great as it provides great contrast out of the box!
